Everyone had such a great time in Lancaster that we have blocked 20 rooms at the Travelers Rest Inn in Lancaster Pa. for Memorial Day 2010. May 29 & 30.

This is the same place we stayed and had a great time for Memorial day 2009. If you missed it ,this is your oppurtunity to get in on next years fun filled weekend.
The rates will be Standard rooms (2 double beds) $95.00 per night +tax
King rooms (1 king bed) $105.00 per night +tax
To book, call 1-800-626-2021 tell them you are with GWRRA NJ or VT whichever applies. You must book by May 14, 2010 in order to get this rate.
NOTE:: they only have 5 king bed rooms and we blocked them all, there are only 4 left, so if you want a king room, book now!!
Anyone interested in riding out as a group ....We will be leaving the petro truck stop at 8:30am on Saturday ,We will take rt 295 south to rt322 (if anyone intends to be at the TA truck stop off exit 18 we will cruise through there around 9:20 -9:30) and then an awesome twisty road (rt82) to Coatsville, Pa. We should arrive at the hotel around 11:30 to hook up with everyone and to check in. We can do lunch and a little riding around, maybe visit a covered bridge or two. There is a horse drawn buggy ride that is alot of fun. We will be meeting Wayne at the hotel in the evening and he will take us up to the Shady Maple for dinner, We will be leaving the hotel at 5:00pm SHARP for dinner ,dinner will be $20.00 per head and must be collected before we go into the restaurant. On Sunday Wayne has graciuosly agreed to guide us around the great country side of Lancaster county.
There is nothing formally planned for saturday afternoon up until dinner time.Below are some ideas of things to do that are close by the hotel,of course it is only a sampling..A big thank you goes out to Wayne for providing alot of this info.
